Hi Guys...Hope you are doing good. Here is my new trekking trip which is nearby Bengaluru.

Firstly i would like to speak about Nandi hills.Nandi Hills was also called as Ananda Giri meaning "The Hill of Happiness". As most of Bangaloreans knew that it is one of the most popular place to visit in the early mornings from 4:00 Am to 6:00 Am. It is one of the most beautiful cloudy hill place which is located 65 kms from Bangalore.

we started from Bangalore at 4:30 Am and reached Nandi hills by 6:00 Am.when we are yet to start the hill from down we were almost covered by cloudy mist and it was too chill outside with jaw dropping views and at the top of the hill we can see amazing clouds below us which you will get a feel like standing on clouds.

Top of Nandi Hills

It is amazing scenic view from top of the hill where you can see sunrise too if climate over there is enough accurate to normal temperature.

There you can spend time by exploring the hill and can take gorgeous pictures which you will never forget throughout your life. There you can visit ancient nandi temple which is located on the top of the hill. The temple is oldest temples in Karnataka dating back to the ninth century.

After which we started to Avalabetta by 8.00 Am which is almost 68 kms from Nandi hills . Avalabetta is situated in Chikkaballapur district. The main motto to visit this place is because of two reasons:1. The bike drive in NH 7 from Nandi hills to Avalabetta is simply superb and 2. To take the god damming pics on a edgecliff. It is also considered as the one of the trekking places but still people come here because of the cliff and hilltop for pics.

We should park the bike in the base point and walk almost 2.5 kms to reach the hilltop. On the way to hill top there are few scenic spots where you can relax and take pics.

On the top of the hill you can visit Lakshmi Narayan Swami Cave Temple. After which you will reach the famous spot i:e Edgecliff, we reached here by 10.00 Am after having some snacks to gain energy after climbing the hill.People will be crowded on weekends sometimes security guard allows us to enter inside bargates and sometimes not depends on him.Try to go that scenic spot when there are less people,so that he may allow us inside the bargates. Top of that there is another hill where you can climb by hills or take the normal route through steps. This the top view point of Avalabetta where you can see the beautiful view of the place and can take breathtaking pictures.

Finally the same way we reached the base of the Avalabetta had some snacks and started at 12.30 PM and reached Bangalore by 2.30 PM.

This is my Sunday trip which is one day trekking spots.

Overall Experience : 4/5
